Insòlit es un vino rosado que procede de viñas de Garnacha de unos 50 años. Poca uva pero de alta calidad. Las uvas se prensan suavemente y el vino decanta en dépositos de inox. Insòlit Rosat es una delicia jugosa, vivaz y sin madera, con mineralidad pétrea, sabores de arándano y frambuesa y un olor a hierbas silvestres mediterráneas. Añada 2019. Producción menos de 1000 botellas.
