CUSTOMERS IN SWEDEN | FINLAND:  Even though there's strict rules about alcohol in Sweden (Systembolaget) and Finland (Alko), there's tolerance when shipping wines to end-consumers. That's why we are able to ship our wines to your contry without worring about Customs. You don't need to pay any extra fee. Everything is included in the final price at checkout. You also don't need to pay any extra shipping if you live in a remote area. Shipping fee is the same all the time.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

We dispatch new orders the same day they come in (until 1pm). Our carrier company is GLS and DB Schenker. Our boxes are made out of recycled materials and we don't use any plastic at all.

Lead times will vary depending on where you live. Expect 4 (Central Europe) | 6 (Scandinavia) business days for your box to arrive. (These are their agreed times, but please allow for some delay due to the recent surge in online deliveries).

WHAT HAPPENS IF SOME BOTTLES ARE MISSING?

We pay much attention when handling and packing your order but mistakes happen. After receiving your order, you've got 48 hours to notify us if there's any bottle missing. Please send us an email with your concern and will get back to you. We reserve the right to not consider your request after 48 hours have passed from the delivery date.

WHAT HAPPENS IF A BOTTLE BREAKS DURING TRANSPORT?

In the event that a bottle breaks during transport, we will make the relevant arrangements and re-dispatch the damaged products of your order, you will get a refund or will put them a side for your next order. Get in touch with us and send some pictures please.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME WHEN THE CARRIER ARRIVES?

If the box can't be delivered at home, you'll be contacted via email or phone by the carrier agency, with the indication how to pick it up at the local parcel shop.

Please note that the parcel shop can hold your box for a week tops. If you don't pick the box up in time, it will be shipped back to Barcelona. We'll send it to you back but you'll need to pay the shipping cost again. No refund will be made.
